In this free mini course, we introduce you to the basics of Taijiquan, also known as Tai Chi Chuan. Over the course of several sections, we provide a brief history of Taijiquan and its benefits, discuss the fundamental concepts involved in training, introduce foundational standing postures and breathing techniques, and finally go through a short Taijiquan form that you can use as a daily practice to develop the core qualities of the art.
